Univ.Assistenten, Dissertanten und Mitarbeiter aus 3 Fakultäten und anderen Institutionen (Faculty of social sciences, Faculty of education, Faculty of social work, Social protection Institute of Republic of Slovenia, Association of social work centres of Slovenia) nahmen an der Schulung teil. Die Schulung wurde geleitet von Univ.Prof.Dr.Josef Zelger.

Such problems are generally unstructured and difficult to define. Frequently they are tied to dynamic situations affecting a large number of individuals or groups of individuals. On the other hand, the experiences gained by those affected, e.g. the employees of an institution, contain creative problem solving potential.
